very good as expected

I was very happy I purchase this. It made the configuration on the system very easy help with the understanding of it's operation.

The instruction on "programming through this software" are not very user friendly. They do a great job of telling you "how to install cables and how to get a signal to the computer and to the alarm unit". But there should be allot of better dections on how to "input the right data in the right place". The data cable is way too short, unless you have a laptop, you really need to offer a longer cable so you can do your programming from a desktop in another room. And then do "updates" to the programming also from the same unit. I suggest a 30 foot cable. Regular telephone extension cables are NOT compatable.

This software made it very easy to set and change setting without having to go into the multi level menus on the powermax panel.
