excellent product. We live in the country and dont want anyone or anything sneeking up on us.

The 2 units I ordered did not function properly. They sense but do not send the signal back to the receiver if beyond 15-20 feet. Both act the same... so they are probably defective. My original 2 work great still and I wanted to add 2 more to make the maximum 4 units for my property. I guess I'll have to use them indoors now.

one of the pir transmitters does not work further than 50ft ft away pretty disapointing

I bought this as a replacement. The 1st one worked like a charm, but this unit seems to work intermittently. We bought an extra transmitter to get double alert warnings for our long drive way, but they don't seem to work all the time.

Would not work unless within 60 feet of the house. Had a reporter for several years-the transmitter was damaged-since then bought a new transmitter. Would not work when placed same place the old one was. About 300 feet from the house. Tried anther transmitter-still didn't work. Then ordered a new system, it won't work either unless it is within 60 feet or closer to the house and it didn't work near as well as the old receiver. Finally ended up putting the transmitter I bought to replace the damaged transmitter within 60 feet of the house and I have ordered a different brand of driveway security system. Hopefully the other brand will work. We live out in the country about 800 feet from the road. I am here during the day by myself. Not being warned of someone driving in until they are 60 feet of the house does not give me much security. We placed the transmitter and receiver the same place the previous one was placed and would not work. Nothing has changed here- so it should have worked just fine if it was the same as the one I bought several years ago.
