The Dakota Alert DCPB-1000 is an add-on accessory for the DC-1000 wireless doorbell system. These additional push button transmitters can be added to the DC-1000 base unit at any time. A maximum of four additional push buttons can be added to one base station, allowing the user to monitor four entrances, any of which can be up to 1,000 feet away. In order to distinguish between each of the four locations, you have an option of assigning 1 of 16 different melodies to each push button. This unit is battery powered and requires one CR-2450 battery (included). The 1,000 foot range will vary depending on local terrain.
