With a wireless range of up to 3000 feet, the Dakota Alert 3000 Series Wireless IR Motion Sensor allows you to keep an eye on locations previously difficult to monitor. The 3000 Series Wireless IR Motion Sensor is compatible with Dakota Alert 3000 Series receivers, including the Wireless RF Receiver (sold separately). The 3000 Series Wireless IR Motion Sensor is powered by one 9-volt battery (sold separately).

Adjustable Detection AreaMount this detector on any interior or protected exterior wall using the included mounting hardware, and you'll be able to monitor an area up to 100 degrees wide. Use the integral mask to narrow its range down to 20 degrees. Thanks to the included swivel mount, this wireless motion detector can be adjusted right to left up to 80 degrees and up and down up to 50 degrees.
Adjustable SensitivityWith three different sensitivity settings, the 3000 Series Wireless IR Motion Sensor can detect a person up to 12 feet, 25 feet or 40 feet away. This sensor can also be set to flash an LED or stay dark when a signal is sent.
