Easy to set with network.

These appear to be handy devices, fairly easy to setup to work with the control unit that alerts one to water leaks. One has to be home however to hear the device as it sounds the alert. Smarthome does have devices that can hook to a alarm that will call the user if offsite (something to consider).

Excellent product and it takes the worry out water damage. I purchased two and I'm going to purchase more.

We have an unattached building on our lot that has a hot water tank. Since we are not in that building very often it is a relief to know if there is a leak. Even though it is about 70 feet away with several walls between the sensor and the receiver...it worked fine when I dipped the sensor in some water. Nice to know all is dry over there.

Again, this was a little complicated; however, I did eventually figure it out. It's not as sensitive as anticipated, but will work in the area just fine.
