Use with HAI system, I thought my old one went out, seem my HAI system is going out instead.

Works exactly as expected. My old one failed during a lightning storm, even though it was on a surge protector. I simply unplugged the old one and plugged in the new one and I was back in business. Smarthome's service was excellent and I am very pleased.

The description of this product is a little misleading. What was actually shipped and what I received was the X10 Pro PSC05 2-Way Powerline Interface. No matter. The PSC05 and TW523 are basically interchangeable. Using the 7ft RJ11 Crossover Connecting Cable, I connected it to my HAI Omni Pro-II home control system. It works perfectly. Other than X10, my network consists of regular HLC devices, as well as non-HLC UPB devices. Everything works as it should. Very pleased with this purchase.
