Working great so far! Very easy to install. Works great with my cats, when they unexpectedly walk in or out of the garage, the door raises like it should, and then closes again on its own. The beeping lets you know when it is going to close.

Product unreliable and vulnerable to false activation signals and manufacturer provides limited support.

Horrible, this is the second one and it is being returned. Instead of automatically closing the garage door it opens the garage door. NUTS

THis is the second one of these units I have bought in less than two months- the first died and I just thought it easier to buy another and the second one died after only two weeks. I opened the unit and sure enough there was a big black burned area on the circuit board where a chip fried itself. They clearly don't have these things engineered correctly and must not have the amperage correct to one component. Very bad since this thing is suppose to be the security to keep the garage door closed. I called the company and they just said return it to your company -- no repair or exchange service. Also it's very slow to react when you push the button to open and close the garage there is a big delay before it seems to send out the signal to close the garage -- very frustrating even when it's not dead-- great product idea but very poorly executed. Also they include a note detailing a change in the operation of the buttons which is very confusing --

I took a chance at buying this product and was disappointed. It only close the door sometimes and each time you set the closing time, it causes the car remote to unset itself. The alarm blinks ok, but its not loud enough to here even if you are in the garage. (keep shopping for a better product)

I priced a lot of units, this is the best deal and does the job. While I wish it would not beep continually while the garage is open, it's peace of mind that it's working. If it's not beeping, it's off.

Been using it for more than 5 months, easy to install, works as advertised, this is not only a garage door closer, but with an additional remote control, I upgraded my 20-yr old garage door opener to rolling code as well.

Mine worked for a month then started opening and closing the garage door while I was at work. Worthless.
