Expand your AAA+ Home Smart Center home security system by monitoring additional entries to your home. The Door/Window Sensor for AAA+ is a wireless transmitter designed to protect doors, windows and other entrances, sending a wireless alert to your home security system upon a breach. The AAA+ Home Smart Center home security system is sold separately.

Each zone in the AAA+ Home Smart Center home security system can support two sensors, so you can install a Door/Window Sensor for AAA+ on every likely entry point. If the transmitter and magnet are separated, the transmitter immediately sends an alert signal to the AAA+ Home Smart Center, which can sound an alarm, call out to up to five phone numbers, or trigger another event, depending on how you have set up your security system.
The Door/Window Sensor for AAA+ consists of two parts: the transmitter and the magnet. Use the included double-sided tape to mount the transmitter on the doorframe or window frame. The magnet can be mounted on the door or window using either double-sided tape or screws. The AAA+ Home Smart Center supervises the sensor and its battery condition automatically, alerting you immediately if something is wrong.
This sensor can also trigger the Audio Alarm for AAA+ (sold separately).
For larger homes or for remote sensors, adding a wireless signal booster/repeater is a good way to add reliability to the system, so you'll be sure to receive an alert the moment your home is breached.
