Skylink's IQ Series Garage Door Opener is an easy to install, very quiet garage door opener with Intelligent Controls. The Intelligent, Programmable Wall Console sports a backlit LCD screen with a digital clock. The console has a programming interface allowing you to setup all of your remotes without ever having to climb a ladder to reach the opener. You’ll have the ability to program the opener to disable during any time frame such as vacations or during the late night. An event log memorizes the 10 previous times the garage door opener was activated as well as a diagnostic message display showing any errors that have occurred.

The Skylink IQ-1723 features a 3/4 hp DC chain driven motor featuring soft start and soft stop. The optimal self-learning force is strong enough to open/close the garage door, but sensitive enough to detect any obstacles. The automatic light starts to dim before turning off so it won't leave you suddenly in the dark. The door opener also features Rolling Code Technology; an encrypted code that is different from the previous code is generated for every remote activation.
