The 4-Pin Ribbon Cable is used to connect expansion boards or other devices to the ELK M1 Gold Security System. The Ribbon Cable is ideal for bench testing connections but can be used for permanent installs as well. The 4-Pin Ribbon Cable is most commonly used for connecting M1 Zone Input Expanders such as the M1 16-Zone Input Expander but works will any expansion board that uses a 4-pin connection.
