    After mounting the unit under the eve of my home we had a rain storm. I tried to test this unit for functionality but it failed it is now decoration not functionality. Where did I fail?

    This is an EXCELLENT siren horn!!! We have several inside and outside. When they sound off it is enough to make a person wet their pants. To the reviewer that comments about the eye-catching white color. What you do is get some spray paint the color of the outside of your house so that it blends in.

    I bought the siren to replace one the alarm company installed. They placed it in a foundation vent and it failed due to moisture. This one appears better suited, and have much more volume.

    LOUD. It''s very loud. I love it. It would take a lot of those smaller 105 dB sirens to match this one. In fact, it would take 5 sirens of 105 dB to be the same loudness as just one of these. And for the price, can''t beat it.
