If you want to keep an eye on the babysitter or make sure the kids are behaving while you're not around, KJB Security's C9001 is the answer. This inconspicuous device appears to be a standard PIR sensor, but in reality it contains a color camera that records MPEG-4 videos directly to the included 1GB SD card. Simply plug the 1-channel RCA composite into a compatible monitor and view your video, controlling fast forward/rewind and searching by date/time.

This unit can be powered by either an adapter (included) or by four AA batteries (available separately).
