The four #47771 WHITE solar-powered MARKER LIGHTS I ordered on Jan 30 did not work, after 5 or 6 days of charging per the printed instructions. Furthermore, the two 'hang cards' had been previously opened and re-sealed with tape and staples. After contacting your supplier. MAXSA INNOVATIONS, Linh, there, agreed to take them back for exchange. I sent them to Fairfax Station on Feb. 21 by Priority Mail. When I called them five times on Feb. 29th, to check on the status, all I got was a recording, saying they were "unable to answer the phone". Then I tried emailing them to the TWO different addresses printed on their 'hang card, but both emails came back 'FAIL MAIL'. Then I called Smarthome, and spoke with 'Dan', in Customer Service, who was VERY helpful, and got to the bottom of the situation immediately. I've always been impressed with Smarthome's service, and Dan did an OUTSTANDING job, and I commend him. Looks like the situation will now be resolved. Thank you, DAN!!
