works well as described. Very happy with this unit! My refrigerator is very close to the floor and this unit is too thick to fit underneath in the back. Therefore my refrigerator sticks out from the wall a bit to make room for this device to fit on the floor behind it. I wish it wasn't quite as bulky for this particular location.
