The Remote Monitoring Hub is an IP monitoring solution by AUTOMATIONtec. This web-enabled system provides in-depth monitoring for a diverse array of environmental conditions around your home, office, shop, etc. An assortment of AT200 sensors can be incorporated with the AT100 gateway to monitor important values like
light levels, temperature, humidity, and contact closure. This data can in turn be used for a number of different reasons including triggering events for your home automation system. Since the AT200 sensors require no wiring for communication or power, installation should be fast and easy in any location. To configure and monitor the AT100, a 10/100 Ethernet network connection will be needed. For this reason, it is best to install the AT100 in an easy to access, centralized location near your Ethernet distribution hub. A maximum of 30 sensors can be configured and monitored by one AT100. No radio frequency (RF) signals are transmitted from the AT100 base station allowing you to install as many as needed without risking interference issues. The data collected can be viewed through a web browser, via email alert, or by accessing an external web server. Applied Digital Inc. Adicon controllers, such as the Ocelot and Leopard, are also options for monitoring the AT100 system. AT100 will connect to the Applied Digital Inc. Adicon Controller using a RS485 connector.

Sensors available are: Contact Closure Sensor, Light Sensor, Temperature Sensor, and Humidity Sensor.

Note: The typical life expectancy for batteries powering the AT200 sensors is over one year. For operating temperatures at or below 0° C, lithium batteries are recommended.
