Fun and Easy to Use
To operate, simply place your hands under the spout and directly in front of the built-in presence sensor. Water will begin to flow out immediately. It's so convenient, it actually encourages family members to wash their hands more often — perfect if you have kids who have shown reluctance to wash their hands. Water flow rate is governed by an aerator and water pressure. Water temperature is governed by water temperature in the supply pipes.

Easy to Install
Despite their advanced, presence-sensing technology, these faucets are as easy to install as standard, non-automated faucets. All hardware is provided with each kit, along with detailed instructions and diagrams. Optional 4" deckplates (#7100DP & #7101DP) allow for an attractive retrofit installation in sink fixtures with three openings.

Can be Battery-Powered for Easier Installation
These faucets can be powered by an AC outlet or batteries, ensuring flexible installation almost anywhere. If there's a power outlet underneath the sink, simply plug the control panel into the outlet with the optional AC adapter (#7100PS). If there is no convenient power source, simply ignore that step and the system will be battery operated. Battery life averages over a year in residential applications. Both models require 4 'AA' batteries (included).

With sold brass construction, these faucets are made with high-quality workmanship that exceeds industry standards. The faucets are hand finished, inspected at multiple stages and carefully packaged. Plus, each sensor capsule is hermetically sealed to prevent water damage over time. Both units are compliant with all applicable CSA, ANSI and NSF codes.

Two Models to Choose From
Choose model #7100 for bathrooms where you want users to be able to manually change the water temperature (i.e. the master bathroom). Choose model #7101 for bathrooms where you don't want users to change the temperature (i.e. the kids' bathroom).
