A very simple solution to a problem most of us have...not being able to hear the doorbell in remote rooms of the house. We bought the wireless extender system and an additional receiver, allowing us to hear the doorbell in our sunroom and in the upstairs. Installation was very simple...no electronics degree required. And it works as described: the doorbell is pushed, the old doorbell rings and a signal is sent to the receiver (two in our case since we bought this additonal receiver) that makes a tone in the remote room. What could be simpler and more useful??!! I probably should have bought two more receivers for the garage and the patio (not sure they are recommended for outside use however).
