Protect your home from the damage caused by water leaks with a leak sensor that not only alerts you audibly, but also connects to your telephone line and calls you in the event of a leak. The battery-operated Water Alarm Plus leak sensor comes with an 85dB audible alarm as well as an auto-dialer that calls you until you cancel the alarm. Don't let a leaky pipe or hose cause a messy disaster in your home! Both the sensor and auto-dialer are powered by 9-volt batteries, which are included.

Place the Water Alarm Plus sensor anywhere in the home or business to be monitored, plug the auto-dialer's included phone cord into a convenient jack, and connect the sensor to the auto-dialer using the included 6-foot wire. This sensor will not interfere with your existing telephone or power service, although it is not compatible with PBX or other multi-line business phone systems. In the event of a water leak, the Water Alarm Plus will call the number you program, continuing to call until the alert is canceled. The Water Alarm Plus plays a pre-recorded message for one minute to the person answering the call or to an answering machine. If the alarm isn't canceled, the Water Alarm Plus will continue to call after the amount of time you specify, either 15 minutes or 2 hours.
Mount the Water Alarm Plus sensor on the wall or stand it on the floor next to the appliance to be monitored. If it detects even the slightest amount of water, the Water Alarm will sound its loud 85-decibel alarm, and its alarm contact will close, triggering the auto-dialer to contact you. In addition to receiving alerts, you can also call in to check on your home.
Scatter multiple Water Alarm sensors throughout your home: under each sink and toilet, under a washing machine, near a water heater and near a sump. Wire them to the Water Alarm Plus, and if any of them identify a leak, you'll receive notification through the WaterAlarm Plus.
