The battery-operated Water Alarm leak sensor comes with an 85dB audible alarm as well as an alarm output that closes a contact when water is detected. Scatter multiple alarms throughout your home: under each sink and toilet, under a washing machine, near a water heater and near a sump. Don't let a leaky pipe or hose cause a messy disaster in your home!

Mount the Water Alarm on the wall or stand it on the floor next to the appliance to be monitored. If it detects even the slightest amount of water, the Water Alarm will sound its loud 85-decibel alarm for up to 3 days, and its alarm contact will close, triggering your home alarm system if connected.
You can also connect the Water Alarm to the Water Alarm Plus (sold separately). This water sensor comes with an auto-dialer that calls you automatically in the event of a leak to alert you before your home is damaged.
