No power? No problem. With the AIMS Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter, you’ll be able to power appliances when electricity isn’t available. This power inverter seamlessly converts DC to AC power with reliable and consistent wave output. Simply connect the inverter to a 12 Volt DC battery, and you’ll have AC power for many applications. Be assured that you’ll always be able to light your house or keep medical equipment running in the event of a brown or black-out. Power up a toaster or blender in the RV. Keep portable DVD players running for the kids during long drives. Or take this power inverter with you to mobile presentations to keep laptops and printers powered. And with its dual AC receptacles and a USB port, you can power multiple appliances at once.
The inverter plugs directly into any 110vac outlet and a 12V DC battery bank. As long as there is 110vac available, the inverter passes the power through and makes it available via its own 110vac outlets while simultaneously charging the battery. As soon as the 110vac is no longer available, charging stops and the inverter will use the battery to supply 110vac on it outlets when the 10vac input is restored, that will again pass through the inverter and charge the battery.
