The SI-2125 provides real world power pushing 125 Watts per channel at 8 ohms or 175 Watts per channel at 4 ohms. High quality capacitors, oversized heat sinks, and 1% metal film resistors all take part in creating wonderful transparent sound. High quality gold plated connections have been used in this model to ensure they remain connected without corrosion for years to come.
Absolute silence as a backdrop for your music, in the past, has been hard to obtain. Cross-Talk between channels is eliminated due to each channel being powered with its own individual power supply. Each channel also has an individual level control for volume. This allows you to be sure all decibel levels match and prevent abuse of the system. If a problem were to occur, for example a large spike in voltage through out the home wiring, the amplifier shuts its self off. As soon as the sophisticated protection circuits detect normal conditions, the amplifier will return to its normal operating mode.
