Lutron's MRF2-15APS 1-Receptacle Plug-In Appliance Module, works with lighting and appliance loads up to 15 Amps. Functioning like standard relays, these plug-ins have Softswitch technology which will extend the life of the device by ensuring the contacts do not arc. Lutron plug-in appliance modules are very useful in areas where plug-in appliances need to be switched remotely. No tools are required for installation. You will simply plug the device to be controlled into the appliance module, then plug the module into any convenient wall receptacle. You can easily hide this device behind furniture to be out of sight while still providing wireless control. This plug-in lighting receiver will respond to the same sensors and Pico wireless controls as the Maestro line of products.
