Lutron's PowPak 1-Receptacle Plug-In Lamp Dimmer, works with both incandescent and halogen loads up to 300 Watts. Functioning like standard dimmers these plug-ins have integral microprocessors which allow them to be used in Maestro Wireless Solutions. Lutron plug-in dimmers are very useful in areas where plug-in lamps need to be dimmed or switched. These dimmers feature advanced functions such as fade-on / fade off, slow fade-off, and rapid fade-on. No tools are required for installation. You will simply plug the device to be controlled into the lamp dimmer, then plug the lamp dimmer into any convenient wall receptacle. You can easily hide this device behind furniture to be out of sight while still providing wireless control. This plug-in dimmer will respond to the same sensors and Pico wireless controls as the Maestro line of products. The Clear Connect RF technology used for communication ensures no surrounding devices will interfere with the Lutron lighting system. This 1-receptacle plug-in dimmer is also available in White, and with 3-Receptacles, White or Black.
