The Wide Soft Car Climbers from Children's Factory are for children 6 months and older and includes 3 brightly colored, sport car shaped climbers. Each car shaped climber has a wavy design so that a young child can climb up and down them or simply sit back and relax. The Wide Soft Car Climbers are designed to help develop and improve a child's crawling, balancing and climbing skills all while having fun playing and exercising. Each racecar inspired climber measures 23" long x 12" wide and 10" high at its peak. All the Soft Cars have a tough, tear-resistant vinyl cover that is easily cleaned with a solution of bleach/water and a soft urethane foam interior that meets California Fire Code requirements. The Wide Soft Car Climbers are CPSIA and ASTM certified

The Wide Soft Car Climber is CPSIA and ASTM certified but what exactly does that mean?
