The Locomotion Pushbike from Children's Factory features a 4 wheel design and is intended for ages 1 to 3 as its seat and handlebars sit 9.5" and 16", respectively, off the ground. The Locomotion Pushbike is CPSIA and ASTM certified but what exactly does that mean?
