Seems to be working. I little surprised at the return policy. Has to be returned to the manufacturer. Pain in the butt. It was eatng the paper towels. I changed brands and it seems to be working better. I got it to save space on the counter. That it has done. It gets stuck occasionally, but I think I can live with that.

INNOVIA WB1-519W Automatic Paper Towel Dispenser, Silver. This is just to cool. I have a few products from Simple Human and like them all a lot. The paper Towel holder was ok but this new electronic device just rocks. Paper towel holders require two hands, this on none. Paper towel holders have will show a white roll in otherwise clean stainless steel kitchen. If you decide that you change your mind after you request a towel by reaching close to the detector, it retracts the towel after four seconds. No waste. It leaves the kitchen looking clean. Installation is easy but you have to make sure that you understand where you put it. Don't forget the power connection which is on the right and I wished for a duplicate on the left. I'll modify it later. Also be sure to validate the screw lengths for them not to perturb through the bottom of your cabinet. I got some shorter ones from my garage. Mine came with two power supplies and was missing the offsets. That was an packing issue while they placed the units in the shipping containers. I could have used them and will call the company. Not really a problem but I am Mr. Perfectionist. It is only right when it is right, right? The units are constructed of plastic with Stainless steel panels, and expect the device to have a long life. The paper towel comes out at what seems to be just the right speed and is under a second. You wave your hand in front of the device and the paper towel is ready for you in less than a second. Say “21” and the entire process is complete. The demos on line do a good job of showing what you get. I really like the product and am very satisfied with looks, installation and operation. Like I said in the beginning, very cool indeed.
