The Corinex AV Phoneline Ethernet Bridge uses existing telephone wires for data communication and reaches a transmission speed of up to 128 Mbps with a range of 2000 feet. It supports video-on-demand and multimedia-on-demand services. Each phone jack on the same phone line acts as a network access point, so you can install a Corinex AV Phoneline Ethernet Bridge in any room with a phone. A built-in filter eliminates the noise typical in a phone line environment.
Installation is as simple as can be. The Corinex AV Phoneline Ethernet Bridge uses easy Plug-n-Play connections, so no software or drivers are required. You won't lose any phone jacks; the Corinex AV Phoneline Ethernet Bridge has two phone ports. One connects the unit to the phone outlet in your wall; connect your phone to the other. With two Ethernet ports, you'll be able to connect a second device to your LAN, as well. Simply connect any Ethernet-enabled device and enjoy shared broadband Internet access, file sharing, or gaming competition over your network.
