It was terrible. It did not work. I'm returning it for one that works. If that one is also broken I'll ask for my money back and not shop smarthome again.

made washing my dogs a simple matter, gave me the choice to use my own shampoo not like other brand where you have to buy a special cartridge of shampoo

I plan to return this product if possible. The input hose to the Pet Jet became disconnected during the first use. Re-attaching resulted in the same problem.

I did not particularly like the way the soap comes out. I did wind up add more soap to my dog's body and scrubing him. The rinse was quick and easy. I would have prefered somehintg that attaches to the shower head. I had to make a attachment for that.

love the washer. thought it did not fit my faucet.. trips to hardware stores to find a connector to match up my faucet to the washer, no one could help. then one smart cleark looked at me and said, "take out the washer" oops, now it fits like a glove. did I feel stupid? oh, yeah. Everyone is now happy except one dirty dog! LOL. With this washer, no more buckets of water for wash and rinse, less time spent and a calmer dog. thanks lots.

Works well with full pressure from water system. Item is as described. Because you can purchase your own soap it is much more economical than the other system out there.
