CMI will replace the rugged but soft canvas material for a small shipping and handling fee, with no limit on the number of replacements. Just keep the electronic voice module and reinsert it into the replacement material.
You can speak for up to 10 seconds into the module, you'll be able to get creative on your messages to your pet. Batteries are included.
