The magnets are a must have. Sure keeps out the neighbor cats and lowers the food bill!

Good price for a good product. 4 stars because delivery was at the end of the expected range. I would do business with them again, particularly since my cat is very good at chewing the magnet out of the holder, but that's not Smarthome's fault and can be easily solved with some superglue. I recommend supergluing the case shut before putting it on your cat's collar.

Even though my cat keeps losing these, they work great!

The cost of replacements seems excessive, but they work. Our cats use the magnetically activated door and it does what it's supposed to do. Unfortunately, one magnet was los when a cat got its collar hung on something and pulled the safety catch.
