This is absolutely the WORST product I've ever bought from Smarthome and they should stop selling it. First of all it is totally cheaply made of plastic. The product is not uniform at all warped and all three of the valves leak, regardless of tension. The drain does not appear to be sized correctly as it does not fit snugly inside the recessed sump. Out of the box, the silver valve cover broke in two places basically the tabs that hold the cover in place which I was OK to overlook. Once installed, the leaky drains and drip on intake were not to be overcome. I wasted about an hour trying different configurations of the gaskets and different pressures of tightness on the drain and valve only to give up and send it back, and I NEVER return products. This one just made me made about what a RIP OFF it was. I'd rate this ZERO stars if I was able. Poor does not adequately describe what a piece of junk this is.
