This automatic feeder works very well. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that it is a little on the difficult side to set up. The instrustions are OK, but you have to keep referring back to them. It's not very intuitive. But once set up, it works like a charm. I am very happy with it and so are my 2 dogs.

The product works as advertised, however the 3 buttons used to set the clock, feeding time and portion controls are not quite as intuitive (or functionally marked) as they could be.

Good product. This is my 3rd feeder though as the last 2 didnt work properly avter about 1-2 years. A bit tricky to set up timer, but not impossible!

The product does what it says in the description. It works well but the documentation is both incorrect and terrible! The process you have to do to program, what should be a very simple device is anything but intuitive.

The programming needs work. Could not program feeding times I wanted for lunch because it automatically selects PM and you do not have an option to select AM. I discovered this when I tried to program 11:30 AM for my dogs 2nd feeding. Also, I could not enter 12:30 PM because there is not an option for the number "2" during that same entry.

This feeder works great. Now my cat rubs his body against the feeder sometimes instead of rubbing on my legs. So I'm a tad jealous. My only tiny complaint is the shape of the feeding tray isn't as good for my cat as his normal dish - he has a pointy nose/face. He has to peck at the food more with this automatic feeding dish because his 1/4 cup of food spreads out flat in the bottom of the feeding tray. Otherwise a really great product.
