Warm at close range but would not work well as room heater.

Really great as a floor heating pad, to use with shoes on. If feet are hot, entire body is warm! I used box, under it, so it does not mar floor. Back of heater is insulated, so not hot. Prob bad as a heat radiator, like everyone says, as only 150 watts.

This is actually the 3rd Cozy Legs heater that I have owned. It is warm to the touch but does not burn you. The panel warms up in minutes. I would recommend to a friend.
