it is not any good with out the heater some how i missed the heater part of what to order

DON'T ORDER THIS!!! Read the description. It says it includes the heater. The heater is even in the photo. But it was only the cloth part. I called Smarthome and was told that the website describes it incorrectly. What?!? Now I have to pay shipping to send back the cloth part. Are you kidding me? And it sure made a disappointing gift for the person I gave it to when she opened it. This is terrible! Just terrible!!!

This is NOT the Toasty Toes Foot Rest, only the cover that goes over it. I got a refund and notified them they should change the description but I see it still hasn't been.
