By using a rechargeable collar, you won't need to worry about batteries' dying again. Whether you prefer to confine your dog to your entire property of up to 25 acres, the front or back yard only, or keep him away from your pool or garden, this pet fencing system is customizable to your specifications. You decide where your dog can go.
The system uses a wall-mount transmitter and a radio receiver, which is attached to a small, sleek and waterproof nylon collar strap. The transmitter sends a coded radio signal around the containment wire you install, controlling the distance from the wire your dog can venture before hearing a two-second warning tone.
Should your dog try to leave his area, he will hear the warning tone and receive low, medium or high stimulation, whichever you configure. After training, he will know to back into the safe part of the yard. By moving forward or staying in the same place, the collar will deliver a continuous level of stimulation until he moves back into the yard. Use the include training flags to provide visual clues to the boundaries during training; it won't be long before your pet knows how far he can go. Special features are incorporated in your system so your dog cannot "run-through" the containment field without activating a strong stimulation. The Rechargeable In-Ground Fence also features a battery back-up system to keep your dog safely in the yard, even if the power goes out; batteries are sold separately.
