Product as described and delivery prompt. Hard to tighten frame enough against thin (1/8") glass, but I added a few washers to the screw and OK - ahould be OK for thicker glass. The door is great - seals drafts reasonably well, - I expect rain can get in, ecspecially near the frame given the thin glass - so I expect some silicone will be added, but so far I like it, and my cat likes it. This cat is aggressive - and pounds on doors when it wants in, so a couple of days teaching her where/how to hit (using a can of tuna to coax), and now she has free roam (and doesn't bang for us to let her in/out REPEATEDLY). Some cats may be too timid for this type of door. As a NOTE: I also bought a magnetic selective door (different manufacturer and vendor). Just looking at how precise the magnet must be placed, and timed to the "push" - I doubt even an aggressive cat would learn easily.

We installed this in a sliding screen door. It was easy to install and looks good. However, our cat could not learn to use the plastic cat door. The magnet was too strong, and if we "helped" her through, the plastic door would fall on her tail and freak her out. I contacted the company that makes it hoping there was a way to remove the magnet. There isn't. They had no suggestions. We replaced the door with a makeshift screen door and it works great. This door should be made with a screen flap option. If you are putting it in a screen door, then you don't need the flap to be solid. It would be nice if they provided a screen flap with a lightweight frame and a weak magnet.
