The Scraminal uses heat and motion sensors to detect pets as they enter off-limit areas. Simply place the animal deterrent unit facing the area you do not want your pet to go. Each time your pet ventures into this area, the unit emits a series of short, high-pitched (audible to humans) beeps which are uncomfortable to your pet. The unit automatically resets to guard against the next intrusion. Your pet will eventually learn to keep out of that area. 9-Volt battery included.
