The canteen holds up to 36 ounces of liquid and can be used as both a food and a water bowl; as the water bowl folds out from the canteen, it leaves a secondary cavity, or bowl, for food in the canteen. The Hydro-Go! is dishwasher safe TOP RACK ONLY. To wash, remove the strap and unscrew the cap. Also, remove the water bowl from the canteen and place in the top rack of the dishwasher.
