You don't need to buy multiple stereo systems in order to listen to audio in different rooms of your home. Create an expandable whole-house audio system to listen to audio from two different input sources in up to four zones of your home, controlling power, source selection, and volume through cat. 5-connected keypads. This installation kit includes the All-Port Connection Hub and two room keypads; a power unit kit that includes the main power unit and an IR remote control is required and sold separately, and you can expand the system to additional rooms by adding up to two more keypads (sold separately).

Control Audio Components With Keypads or RemoteYou'll be able to control the two connected audio components with your existing A/V remote. The Breathe Audio keypads have built-in IR receivers, so in addition to using the keys, you can simply aim your remote from across the room.
Wiring and ConnectionsTwo- or four-conductor audio cable sends the audio signal to each pair of speakers in the four listening zones. Speaker wire and cat. 5 wiring connect the zones to the power unit through the All-Port Connection Hub, included in the Elevate Install Kit.
Adding SpeakersWhen setting up your Breathe Audio whole-house audio system, you'll want to be sure you're connected to the proper speakers for each zone. By installing a pair of in-wall or in-ceiling speakers, you'll be assured of quality sound that won't interfere with your décor. Installing in a small room? Connect a Dual Voice Coil Speaker in your ceiling. This convenient, unobtrusive device has a pair of tweeters built right in, so it creates the illusion of full stereo sound without requiring any extra space. Outdoor speakers are also available. These weatherproof rock speakers, available in granite and sandstone, are ideal if you'll be using a patio as one of your zones.
Creating a Customized Whole-House Audio SystemIf you plan to install four zones at once, you can save by purchasing your Elevate Power Unit, Elevate Install Kit, and keypads together as the Elevate 2-Source 4-Zone Distributed Audio System.
