Almost a disaster - product advertised as dual voltage -it is not! First delivery had instructions only in French, some of the components were mislabeled, and finally - it did not work. I had to return it from England at my (huge) expense, and it then took more than three weeks to get a replacement organised, with very poor communications between Smarthome and DHL. I have had to pay the electrician twice over, and incur all the extra charges including endless telephone calls and emails. It appears that the product does what it is supposed to, and from that point of view it is good value,but the distributors have let me down big time with their poor support for the product, and their sloppy administration. I hope they will take note of my comments before they try and export this product to any other unsuspecting customers.
