Most of our lives are regulated by sunlight. We usually wake up with the sun and sleep during dark hours. During winter months when we might have less sun exposure, many people might not feel as active or even depressed. This artificial sunlight unit mimics the light produced by the sun’s rays. The feeling of the sunlight could help maintain ideal levels of melatonin and serotonin when you may not be able to see the sun much. It is lightweight and portable so you can take it with you from room to room of the house or when you travel. You will get all the benefits of the sun without harmful UV rays that could be damaging to your skin. Thirty-five blue LEDs can produce a frequency of up to 470 nm. Light intensity can easily be adjusted to your personal preference. Timer settings of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes can be selected from the easy-to-use backlit display. Power the unit with the power adapter or CR2032 battery, both included.
