The Imperial Solar Lantern - Eagle Finial from Gama Sonic is the perfect addition to any home looking to take advantage of solar lighting while at the same time elegantly enhancing their home. This light is ideal for replacing low voltage lighting or old energy consuming gas lamps around your homes exterior. The lantern uses the classic gas lamp design and combines it with Gama Sonics patented cone reflector technology and a solar panel on the top to make it completely self sustaining. The Imperial Solar Lantern uses a rechargeable Li-ion battery that is charged up during the day so that come dusk the lantern will automatically illuminate via its 8 LEDs. It also has hi/lo brightness switch which can be manually operated to adjust the brightness of the lantern. On a fully charged battery the solar lantern is capable of staying lit for up to 12 hours. The solar lantern is made from powder-coated cast-aluminum making it weather and rust resistant requiring no maintenance. Beveled glass is used in the construction of the exterior giving it a touch of elegance to all who see it.
This lantern will fit over any existing 3 inch pole.
For optimum illumination be sure to mount your solar lantern in a spot where it will receive the maximum amount of sunlight during the day
