Customer service was great. Had a problem with quantity shipped but that was corrected immediately. Moonrays work very well. I will definetly continue to deal with Smarthome.

I bought these to illuminate stairs on my bulkhead down to our beach. The lights were mounted to 9" pilings which turned out to be a bit of a hassle as these units are designed for a flat surface. I was able to get it to work after a few tries and the lights seems to work well. The pilings are West facing so the units get light a good portion of the day and they stay illuminated most of the night. They give off a respectable amount of light and provide enough illumination to safely use the stairs at night. I don't know how well these will work in the winter months as we don't see much sunshine in Seattle that time of the year.
