I w3as very happy with the very prompt response to my order request. However, I would suggest that you change vendors with respect to this particular item. It was very difficult to install and the instruction for its installation and operation were not only very poor they were literally microscopic. I needed a magnifying glass just to read the English instructions. The instructions in other languages were, for some reason, much larger. To install the unit I needed to remove the mechanism which is not unusual, but the mounting screws were put in so tightly that one of the mounting screws stripped out before I could remove it. Mounting the unit on the wall was easy and straight forward, but wiring it in was almost impossible. The manufacturer allowed almost no room for the wires, less than an inch, and even less where the connections needed to be made. Using a wire size any larger than # 14 would have made installation impossible. I did manage to complete the installation, but I would never recommend the Westek to anyone. Another interesting feature that lowers my opinion of Westek products is that the housing itself was so thin that I thought that I might break the housing while I was trying to make the required connections. I seriously wonder if Smarthome really researches the best products for their sales line.
