The SM-22 BoaMag^™ from Carson Optical is a hands free, LED lighted magnifier with a 20-inch long neck that can be coiled for ultimate versatility. The BoaMag is the perfect aide for sewing, car repairs, building crafts, reading or anything else that could use a little magnification. The applications are truly endless is you think about how many times in a day you wish something would have been just a little bit bigger to read or see. Both ends of the BoaMag are functional as well. On one end there is the magnifier which has a light and 2.5x lens with 5x spot lens magnifier. On the other end of the 20-inch neck is a convenient flashlight in the event you need to focus light on something in particular being worked on or just simply use it as a free standing flashlight. The BoaMag is powered by 3 AAA batteries (sold separately) or via the AC adapter which is included with the product.
