The iGolf GPS Caddie is Great. I use Energizer 2500mah rechargeable batteries. I have played 3 rounds with them and they still have 31% power remaining. The yardages at my local course are dead on. (within 2 yds). The best time to get your yardage is within 5 - 10 seconds of arriving at your ball. After standing still for a period of time the GPS yardages have a tendency to walk. But it is dead on while you are walking and as soon as you stop. I love it.

I found the iGolf GPS easy to program for the 2 local courses. It only took a little over an hour to map each course. I have only used it 4 times since mapping the courses, but the information seems to be quite accurate. I do see a little movement in the distances which gives you cause for concern. Turning the stabilizer on helps. The real benefit I find is learning the distances I hit each club. I recently purchased a complete new set and this is helping to establish the average distances I hit each club. The other benefit is when your ball ends up somewhere other than the fairway, you get an accurate distance to the green instead of looking for a marker and then guessing about how far you may be. So far I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a good GPS for golf use.
