The EkeyUSA Home HO-BK-1R 99 Templates Standard Fingerprint Scanner with 1 Relay is a great solution for access control. No more fumbling with keys or forgetting access codes because your finger is the key. Assign up to 99 fingerprints, or templates, to the scanner to allow access. The scanner reads those fingerprints and converts them to a binary code with can not be converted back. This ensures that no one but the person with that fingerprint can gain access. Once the scanner authorizes the fingerprint, it triggers a relay closure. This relay can be connected to a door strike, magnetic lock, or even your security system. The system is easily programmed from the Control Unit. The Control Unit has the LCD interface to add and delete users' fingerprints, change the system access code, and factory reset the system.

About Ekey HomeFrom the front door to the garage or up to the alarm system: Your finger is the key, a simple finger swipe opens the floodgate! Ekey Home is simple, convenient and secure! Keys, cards or codes will be a thing of the past. Apartments, houses, alarm systems or safes can be individually secured and opened using ekey home.
Ekey Home is a stand-alone solution which consists of a control panel as well as a finger scanner. While the former is used to record and delete users, the latter is used to capture the fingerprints and convert them into a code. A computer is not necessary for the system administration. Up to 99 different fingerprints can be stored by the system and are then authorized to open doors, gates or safes. From the scanned fingerprint, special features of the fingerprint "minutiae" are located, manipulated, and stored or compared as an electronic key code template that uniquely identifies the scanned finger. No image is stored, only an encrypted binary code template that cannot be reversed or used to reconstruct the original fingerprint image. Upon positive authentication, the door strike is activated via a relay output.
