This phone is awful,we can't even use it because the static is so bad. It's the second one we've tried so it's not just one unit that's bad, it just doesn't work. I would like a refund.

I like the phone but it has a humming sound when in use that I have not been able to eliminate.

Easy to install, easy to use, I get a lot of feedback when using the phone.

I have had my phone for 2 years love it love it love it but now I need to buy another one to many drops will make it bad

Doesn't work so good when wet. Others have a difficult time hearing me.

I'm not normally one to submit product reviews, but I feel this one is needed. The 5242 Uniden Submersible Phone is just terrible. It was purchased to be used poolside, and in the case that it should get wet, would still work. It is normally loud outside, so we turned the volume all the way up on the handset. When you do this, all you'll hear is feedback, which makes the phone nearly unusable for the purpose it was designed. What good is phone used outside, when you can't hear it? I should have returned it, but we threw all the boxes away. SmartHome was wonderful with the shipping part, timely and all. But just a review about a crappy product.

This is a great phone! The only complaint I have is that you can't get too far from the base or it will have static in the reception.

Great product! I love being able to use it in and around the pool. I've wanted this product for a long time and am very pleased with it.
