Designed for the visually or hearing-impaired, this telephone allows for more effective communication. The phone offers a range of in-call volume levels, up to 40dB of amplification, ensuring you won’t miss a single syllable while on a call. Tone control allows you to adjust the high or low frequency for extra listening comfort. Extra large number keys make dialing easier and leads to fewer misdials. Font size on the digital display can be adjusted for easier viewing. A talking dial setting even announces each number as you press its key so you can verify the number without looking at the display.

When a call comes in, the telephone can alert you in a variety of ways. Not only will the phone ring with a programmed tone and volume level, it can also emit a flashing light to give you a visual indicator as well. A shake mode can also be activated with an additional bed shaking unit, sold separately. Separate ringers can even be selected for day and night. If the caller is already saved in the phonebook, the phone uses a "VIP" ring tone so you can differentiate between friends and potential telemarketers. Up to nine speed dial numbers can be stored for convenient, one-touch dialing. And callbacks are made even easier with the redial button. This amplified telephone can also be wall-mounted for more flexibility and convenience in the phone’s placement.
