Protect your home from intruders while adding a convenient way to talk to visitors without walking to the door. Combining video and intercom functions, the Panasonic Video Door Intercom Camera is housed in an attractive doorbell unit and sends clear, color video images to a monitor in your home, letting you see and speak with visitors before opening the door. At least one color monitor is required for this system and is sold separately.

You'll get a clear view of your visitors thanks to the color Video Door Intercom Camera, which captures a range of 16.7 vertical inches and 25.5 horizontal inches. The camera is even adjustable to fit installation conditions. At night, an infrared LED in the camera unit lets you see your visitor's face from approximately 19 inches (50cm) away in clear black and white imagery.
The rugged metal body is built tough to withstand the elements. Potential intruders will have a tough time tampering with this rugged metal body. For further resistance, special screws are extremely difficult to remove. Since the body is water resistant, you'll be able to install it anywhere outdoors. An illuminated button lights up at night, making it easier for guests to find. When a visitor presses the button, a chime tone sounds at the indoor monitor unit.

If you would like to monitor multiple entries or would prefer to maintain monitoring capabilities in multiple rooms, install the expandable Video Door Intercom Main Monitor, which can expand to two Video Door Intercom Cameras and three monitors.
